Founded in 1984, Waterchem provides water treatment chemical and engineering services for the Eastern United States. Located in Maryland and servicing the Philadelphia, DC, Delaware and Maryland area, the acquisition of Waterchem will greatly enhance the group’s product offerings while maintaining the same great level of service and quality customers have come to experience.
The acquisition of Waterchem includes the corporate headquarter and production facility in Aberdeen, Maryland and surrounding sales territories. According to U.S. Water founder and CEO Allan Bly, “the acquisition of Waterchem increases U.S. Water’s presence on the east coast and adds to our fast growing national footprint.
